Residential Design-Build
Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Client Challenge: Residential design-build, full service electrical required
Dem Corp Solution: For this brand new build, we (literally) needed to lay the ground work to bring power to the home, this included digging trenches on the exterior and partnering with Hydro One to run incoming hydro. On the exterior, coach and soffit lighting were added with weather proof receptacles, well system, septic system and geo thermal. Inside the home, it was a blank canvas. Dem Corp developed a plan with the clients for the interior electrical, crossing over two kitchens and multiple bathrooms – plan and execution included 200 Amp underground service, installing pot lights, decorative pendant lighting, plugs, switches, ceiling fans, floor heat and towel warmers.

Ajax Grand Ballrooms
Location: Ajax, Ontario
Client Challenge: Enhancing the overall look and feel of the grand ballrooms at the Ajax Convention Centre
Dem Corp Solution: Over the course of five days, our team of experts safely installed three elaborate crystal fixtures (each weighing over 2,000 lbs) and featured 4,000 individual crystals. Our team focused on the details of each fixture and with precision, time and the help of our scissor lifts, we successfully installed the fixtures in record time. The client was extremely happy and you can’t miss the visual impact these crystal fixtures have on the venue. True showstoppers!
Niagara On The Lake Hotels
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake and Brantford, Ontario
Client Challenge: Electrical needed in four brand new hotels (Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, Home2 Suites by Hilton)
Dem Corp Solution: From room panels, fixtures, cooling towers, power doors and handicap accessibility, automatic damper controls to the electrical service for the kitchenettes in each room (plus freezers) – Dem Corp implemented and managed a full service plan that stretch across multiple hotel brands and their different locations.
Government Cannabis Production Facility
Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Client Challenge: Full project and building electrical service for new Government Cannabis Production Facility
Dem Corp Solution: After meeting with the client, we started on the right power distribution solution for the facility and production. This included 200 Amp panel, 600V splitter, two 45 KVA transformers, backup generator, and air conditioning unit, all lighting in the building and on movable racks for easily transport. It was important to the client to develop a process for plant waste disposable, Dem Corp answered this with the installation of 600V grinder to breakdown the plant waste.
Industrial Plaza
Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario
Client Challenge: Transforming 12 individual units in an industrial plaza into one fully functioning storefront and warehouse (Pol Marble)
Dem Corp Solution: With the business requirements outlined by the client, we needed to install a complete new service and metre to support the 600 V 3PH power for the CNC (machinery for cutting granite, quartz, marble stone slabs). The entire building was outfitted with new transformers and power panels.
